History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has worked as a Navigator like his mother before him.

Personality: He is a Masseuse first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Delebean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Delebean decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
