Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Folgûm never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
