History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Smoking hails from a village terrorized by giants. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
