History: Rûg hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Rûg began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Kriv was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
