History: Born in the east to a Sculptor, Frederick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Frederick managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Varis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
