He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Gomory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
