Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'4". He wears bulky violet painted plate armor, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by his family

Description: This slender man stands about 4'1". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his top brown hat.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: Standing 4'3", this man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Butcher born in the past three hundred years. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is in excellent shape and dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears his brown hair down. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
