History: Shivering hails from a village terrorized by drow. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Shivering was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trey hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Silent was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now owns his own business.
