Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Calcitro was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Calcitro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in a small plains village. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Pirithin was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
