History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a tan shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and yellow pants. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
