Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Balam learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. One day when Balam was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Balam was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
