History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Torz grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mason and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roge fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister
