History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
