Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Marbas's homeland. Marbas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marbas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ur-Edin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
