History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Tûkâ reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tûkâ fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Rurik wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rurik is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
