Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Rurik was born the youngest of three triplets. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Frug was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He stands about 5'2" and usually wears his tan robe and has his nunchaku always slung over his shoulder. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Varis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Varis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a black shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His white fur is still thick. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady copper eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Great was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Healer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
