His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a great chef.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His childhood dream was to be a Armorer, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
