History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. After coming to the age of reason, Chay took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
