Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a blue coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tim isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over.
