History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 5'4". He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. He wears his black fur up. His ears are large.

Personality: Skirt is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Skirt lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
