Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bertram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now owns his own business.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
