History: He comes from a rich southern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Windy and his spouse have recently divorced.

He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently the stress of being a Navigator has made it difficult for him to sleep.
