History: Shifting was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Description: This man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is cut close to his head. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Oppleby was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

He prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Shadow was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shadow's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern
