He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Delebean was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After months of barely getting by, Uthemar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and seeks redemption
