Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Nelkin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to be a mason again

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
