History: Gifted from a young age, Qualen studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Qualen took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Barendd embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and regain custody of his daughter

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 85. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
