Description: He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is portly but not overly obese. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are brown.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Rangrim reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His orange fur has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are yellow.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born in the south to a Shipwright, Tricking learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Burgell was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Burgell decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is fixated on the number 54. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and an old rival family wants him found
