Personality: Heian hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
