Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
