History: He was born in the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears just a blue suit. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small blue clips. Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Tim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
