Description: He is a husky man, who is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Hobart was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his daughter
