History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: Hupe wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Hupe learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
