Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Brottor took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
