Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Skak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Skak was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
