Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Armorer job and began his own company from there.
