Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A true patriot, Gardain would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Cory was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
