History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Laucian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption
