History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Masseuse, but he was a colossal failure. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Efferil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Sculptor father left him crippled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.
