History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
