History: He comes from a rich western family. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ugarth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sailor profession.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
