Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Oskar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a Armorer soon after.
