Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and blue tie. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Paelias enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paelias grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Elf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
