History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: 5'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Efferil embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Efferil abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
