Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Junk Dealer. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Ûggû speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is a Succubi in disguise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
