Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Halander is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Halander studied abroad. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
