History: Mehen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: Spring hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business
