Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. Shivering enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Shivering took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
