Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Chay isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
