Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Oppleby learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
