History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Gifted from a young age, Halimath studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Halimath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
